How Mundialoop handles your data. Short version: we don't collect anything you don't explicitly opt into.
Reading Mundialoop needs no account. If you create one to play the Pool, we store only what the game needs: your email, name or nickname, profile picture and your picks. We never sell personal data.
We use first-party cookies for language preference and a small set of third-party cookies for advertising (Google AdSense). You can opt out of personalised advertising through the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool we host ourselves. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and only records aggregate visit statistics, anonymous events such as shares, and page-performance measurements.
This site is supported by display advertising. Ad partners may use cookies subject to your consent.
We store your preferences (selected team, theme, time zone) and a random, anonymous device identifier in your browser's local storage. The device id is used only to keep the fan-support counts fair — one vote per device — and is never linked to your identity, combined with personal data, or shared with third parties. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
On match pages we may show betting odds from sportsbooks and prediction markets such as Polymarket, along with links to those services. These appear only for visitors in regions where they are legal and who are of legal age, and they are affiliate or referral links — we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. We don't show display advertising on pages that contain betting content. Please gamble responsibly; help is available via the resources linked on those pages.
